Notes for next year

Here are some notes from the conference:
(1) Open registration table early, before conference begins.  Be willing to help people if they come early!
(2) If there is a buffet, have the same items on both sides so people can serve themselves in two lines.
(3) Try to narrow down the number of presentations/time.  I know of several presentations where there were no attendees.
(4) For roundtables, have the tables placed a decent distance apart.  It was very! distracting with the tables so close together.
